Many of our employees were trained by us or joined M+W Zander immediately after their studies – and stayed. By these means we have acquired a valuable experience and knowledge pool, which is of benefit to both our projects and our clients. Our extraordinarily low personnel fluctuation attests to the employees exceptional identification with their work and the company.
